About Us - Lamont Middle School

Lamont Middle School is located approximately 8 miles south of Sprague on State Highway 23, and serves grades 6^th through 8^th from both the communities of Sprague and Lamont.

Because of our small size, we feel we do an excellent job of providing programs that best fit the needs of our students. It provides us with the ability to have open collaboration between staff at both Sprague and Lamont Schools. This in turn, allows us to better track student progress and to implement early intervention programs when needed. It also provides for crucial one on one contact between students and staff. This can often lead to lifelong relationships.

In summary, the family atmosphere along with trusting relationships that our schools provide give our students a sense of belonging, which allows them to excel in academics as well as life.
